Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Condition: The shirt must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of any ordors (perfume, detergent, or smoke), stains, or pet hair.
- Tags: All original brand tags and packaging must be intact.
- Quality Check (QC): All returns undergo a quality check at our warehouse. Vhagar reserves the right to reject a return if the item does not meet the above standards.
- Unboxing Video: For claims regarding "Wrong Product" or "Missing Items, " a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. This must be shared via email within 24 hours of delivery.

You can easily request a size exchange by following these steps:
- Log in to your account on the Vhagar website.
- Go to Order History.
- Select the order you want to exchange.
- Click View Order.
- Click on Return / Exchange.
- Select the new size you would like and submit your request.
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and guide you through the exchange process.

Click on the Account icon on the Vhagar website. Enter your registered mobile number, and you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password). Enter the OTP to securely log in to your account.
Accounts may be locked after multiple failed login attempts for security reasons. Please try again after 30 minutes or reset your password.
